Prices & Resort Tax
All apartment prices are per apartment and day for the indicated number of persons, exclusive of end-of-stay cleaning fee:
€ 25.00 per Person!
Prices are exclusive of resort tax per person and day: € 4.00.
Resort tax for children of 15 year: kids til 15 years don't pay the resort tax.
Deposit
We take the liberty of collecting a deposit of € 300,00 before your stay in one of our apartments.
This will be refunded after your vacation.
Parking Spaces
Apartment 2 and Apartment 4 each have 2 parking spaces available.
Apartment 1 and Apartment 3 each have 1 parking space available.
If you arrive with more than the specified number of vehicles, please arrange additional parking spaces yourself as we do not have any additional parking spaces available.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: Saturday from 4.00 pm / Check-out: Saturday by 9.30 am
Pets
Pets are allowed exclusively in summer and on request.
Cancellation Fees
APARTMENT 1 & APARTMENT 3
Free cancellation up to 31 days prior arrival
From 30 to 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price
From 6 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total price
APARTMENT 2 & APARTMENT 4
Free cancellation up to 61 days prior arrival
From 60 to 15 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price
From 14 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total price
Travel Insurance
To be always on the safe side we strongly recommend you to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with our partner -
the European Travel Insurance. More detailed information available here.
